Refund Policy

All fees paid to Apex Performance Advisory, LLC (“Apex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for consulting, advisory, coaching, or related professional services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our engagements, which involve reserved time, customized preparation, and delivery of intellectual capital, clients acknowledge and agree that once a booking is confirmed or a service is initiated, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Clients may request to reschedule a session or engagement with reasonable advance notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved in writing by Apex. We reserve the right to deny rescheduling requests that conflict with existing commitments or operational constraints. In cases where Apex must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or apply the fee toward a future engagement.

Retainer agreements, multi-session packages, and custom engagements are governed by their respective service contracts. Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Apex disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from cancellation, delay, or modification of services.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refund Policy in full. This policy may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
