Strategic Transformation Advisory Includes: - Executive alignment and vision definition - Current‑state assessment and gap analysis - Transformation roadmap and KPI design - Operating model and process redesign - Change management and communication strategy - Execution support and program leadership - Performance tracking and continuous improvement - Long‑term sustainability and capability building Initial Discovery Session is Free. If we agree to move forward, rate is $350 per hour. Monthly Retainer is $12,000 plus travel expenses.
